What is the dress code?

Dress code will be Semi-Formal: Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses.

Where do we stay?

We prefer all guests attending from out of town to stay with us at Hotel Covington in Covington, KY. We have reserved a dedicated block of rooms at a reduced rate. Please use the booking link located on the Hotel & Travel page.

If rooms are no longer available, you are welcome to stay at a hotel or AirBnB that is convenient for you near the venue or in Covington, KY.

Transportation?

For those staying at the hotel, and for those who would like to park at the hotel, we will be providing a coach to transport guests to and from the venue.

While there is parking at the venue, we recommend taking either the coach or an Uber/Lyft.
